The Official Allstar Café burst into Atlanta as part of the Planet Hollywood restaurant chain in the late 1990s.  With large pictures of Wayne Gretzky, Tiger Woods and Monica Seles gracing the windows of the prominent Peachtree Street corner, the restaurant lasted but a few years.  Ten years after its closing, White Oak took over the vacant space and became the third restaurant of the Brewed to Serve Restaurant Group.  Brewed to Serve later opened Richards Southern Fried and Bold Monk Brewing Co.

As a family company with a commitment to service and a philosophy of building a business that is fun, interesting and sustainable, Brewed to Serve created White Oak to enhance the experience for visitors to Atlanta, provide growth opportunities for our existing team members, and to honor Rochelle Green, the Mother of Cynthia LeBlanc and Grandmother of John Roberts, two of the founders.  Rochelle was number 10 of 11 children who were born and raised on a farm in McKenzie, Alabama. Humility and service were core values of Rochelle, and it is these values that we try to live out every day.

Initially a introduced as White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails, a Southern restaurant with French cooking techniques, over the past several years, White Oak has moved toward a European restaurant with a Southern spirit leading Atlanta as it continues to attract international businesses, residents, and guests.
