Tuesday evening, White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails was delighted to partner with Central Atlanta Progress to attend 2017 Business Bites in Downtown Atlanta. This was the perfect opportunity for locals to experience the simplicity of southern grown cuisine at White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails. Business Bites creates an opportunity for employees at local businesses to sample bites from neighboring restaurants on Peachtree Street. And who can turn down free food?!
Executive Pastry Chef Megan Brent prepared a savory Cold Octopus and Calamari Salad, which consists of octopus, calamari, local greens, our in house habanero sauce, and more. When people saw this dish, they were intrigued and excited to try such a unique, yet simple dish. Everyone left with their tastebuds dancing!
